Digital DSD Smile Design: What it is, What it is used for. Incorporation to the office
DSD photographic protocol: surgical photography.
Brief practical session to learn to shoot in any circumstance.
Coffee break
DSD applied to surgery. 1st case: Step-by-step description of a real case. Planning with DSD, frequent errors, 2D and 3D digital design, how to present the planning to the patient. 2nd case: Immediate loading of 16 post-extraction implants and design of prosthesis based on DSD with Gallucci splints, all in one session, where we will see from planning to provisional and final rehabilitation.
Lunch
Clinical cases, immediate loading protocols based on DSD. Design. Planning. Execution and management of the definitive prosthesis.
Guided surgery with 3D planning and smile design software until the final prosthesis. Advantages, disadvantages and how to solve complications.
Soft tissue management for the rehabilitation of full immediate loaded prostheses. Creation of papillae and tissue modification, preparation of provisionals.
